Actually Spoken During the Course of My Day

Me: You smell that?
Coworker: What?
Me: Cookies.
Coworker: ..cookies?
Me: Fresh out of the microwave. Somebody's hiding them.
Coworker: I don't smell anything.
Me: Charlie don't bake!

Your workplace sounds like an obstacle course of tempting morsels. Is the place made out of gingerbread?

Re: listening to:

Some popular on alterna-radio song and my drunken irritation wound up with me cristening them the Kaiser-Queefs.

Just FYI. And now I can no longer take them seriously.

Peanut -- Cookie Cookie Cookie starts with C!!!

Satorical -- Two Christmases ago I'm walking to the cafe and see a big crowd, and I asked a guy what was going on, and he's like "Someone cooked roast pig for the holiday meeting. This is the line." -- I'm not talking abotu a few pork chops, or a ham. I'm talking about a full pig, roasted old world style.

The line went around the cafe, out the door, and around the building... it was sooooo good.

wernda -- My cousin had this song on her myspace page, and I was instantly hooked. It's the first and only time I've ever heard this band. They certainly don't get any sort of airtime around here. I take it things aren't the same over there?

94.9 San Diego plays them pretty often. Seems like they play here often too, for a British band. 91X san diego does too. We have duelling alterna stations.

The best though is the jazz station:

They play some ridiculous music.

Werdna -- well that explains it, bro. Seriously, we still have WAPE and Rock 105.

..still.
